Featuring an ambidextrous and ergonomic molded non-slip composite grip, the Wiebe Mila Fillet Knife is designed and manufactured to allow precise maneuvering, while maintaining the highest level of comfort. 

Blade made from 3CR13 Stainless Steel, HRC52-56 -Honed and stropped 
in the US for a precision edge. Nonslip composite ergonomic grip. Cleans easily.
